Eric Belanich, CPA, Licensed Real Estate Broker
Eric started with Bell Realty in 2004 and oversees the management, brokerage, new acquisitions and new development projects. His prior experience working in Public Accounting and his masters in Real Estate Finance provides for a solid foundation in Real Estate.
After graduating Chaminade High School, he double majored at Fordham University receiving a BS in Public Accounting and Information Systems. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

John, an Astoria native, started with Bell Realty as a Property Manager in March 2011 and has been associated with Bell Realty since 1992 when he was elected as Board President of a large prewar cooperative apartment building managed by Bell Realty. John manages the relationship between Bell Realty and the cooperative and condo properties under contract with the company. He manages all of the Local Law filings and annual inspections for all of the buildings as well as violation removal. His responsibilities include managing the vendor and contractor relationships for the cooperatives and condominiums as well as any capital improvement projects and reviewing all invoices for those buildings.
John holds a BA in English from Fordham University.

Gus, an Astoria native, joined Bell Realty in May 2012 as a property manager. He has been in property management for over 20 years. We call him our “in the field” property manager. His daily routine includes building site visits, supervising and directing superintendent activities, and various projects to keep our buildings clean, safe and secure.
Gus is in charge of all rental apartment renovations as well as repairs and capital improvements to all physical aspects of the properties including plumbing, electrical, boiler, roof, elevators, landscaping and snow removal. Tenant maintenance issues are handled by Gus as well. He works closely with John Vetere communicating throughout the day.
Gus holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Baruch College.

Kathleen, a Bayside native, started at Bell Realty in 2008. She processes our Co-op purchase and sublet applications, rental applications and processes new leases for new tenants. She is a seasoned professional who knows our residents well having been at the main reception desk answering incoming calls and welcoming guests to our office for over a decade.
Prior to Bell Realty she worked in midtown Manhattan as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a large commercial real estate company which owns and manages luxury buildings in NYC.

Jeanne P. Dugan-Theodoropoulos, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Jeanne, joined Bell Realty as our Chief Financial Officer in 2017. She is responsible for all internal control and processes of Bell Realty including our Financial and Tax reporting. She brings over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation specializing in Real Estate and Construction which includes 28 years of Public Accounting before entering the private sector.
Jeanne holds a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University. She also earned an Executive MS degree in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Accounts Receivable Manager
Roseanne started with Bell Realty as an accounts receivable manager in 2007. When residents call in to seek information or clarification regarding their lease renewals, rent, or maintenance payments they will be directed to Roseanne. She provides advice to residents and commercial tenants regarding payments and how to avoid late fees by signing into the web portal for direct payments online by check or credit card or how to enroll in ACH. She handles delinquency cases with our landlord tenant attorney’s. She is also responsible for managing the wait list for storage space and parking spaces for all of our properties.

Accounts Payable Manager
Tess started with Bell Realty as an accounts payable manager in 1992. She handles accounts payable with precision and accuracy that can only come from being a 25 plus year veteran of the company. She speaks with vendors, processes checks and manages the companies’ payables to get them paid accurately and on time. She is also in charge of payroll processing, W2’s and W9’s.

Assistant to the Controller
Katie, the newest addition to our team, reports directly to our CFO. She processes all bank reconciliations and monthly management reports on a monthly basis. She takes on various accounting and bookkeeping projects throughout the year. She maintains current and accurate insurance certificates that comply with NYS workers compensation and general liability insurance requirements for all of our vendors for our managed properties.

New Construction Development Specialist
Angela, joined our team in 2014 as our new construction development specialist. She maintains current and accurate insurance certificates that comply with NYS workers compensation and general liability insurance requirements for all our construction related vendors. She drafts all AIA agreements in house to ensure full compliance with our insurance carriers. She reviews our contracts with construction vendors and processes payments to them on an accurate and timely basis. She monitors all our filings with the Department of Buildings to ensure compliance. Her organization and energy make her a great asset to Bell Realty.

Jennifer Kolanovic is a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in Residential & Commercial Real Estate. She has been a practicing Real Estate Professional since 2008 and joined the Bell Realty Team in 2015 after 7 years of hands-on market strategizing. Jennifer is the in house real estate broker handling Sales & Rentals of Bell Realty properties as well as many others throughout Queens and Long Island. Her experience, energy, market knowledge, commitment, and attention to detail makes her an asset to the Bell Realty team.
